Sleep Science Guru is committed to delivering the highest quality workshops, and we ensure we adhere to the highest ethical standards at all times. The terms and conditions detailed below are designed to ensure we provide all our prospective customers with accurate information. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering full transparency across all operations.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed to provide participants with sleep knowledge and strategies. Our workshops are NOT medical advice. Sleep Science Guru accepts no responsibility for the subsequent actions of any individuals who complete this workshop.

Disclaimer
Photos may be taken by our educators and staff throughout the session. These images may be utilised on our social media platforms, website and other marketing material mentioning the organisation name. Please advise us before the workshop if you or your child does not wish to be in any photos.
Workshop Cancellation
Sleep Science Guru reserves the right to cancel or arrange an alternative date for a Workshop. Under these circumstances, Sleep Science Guru will endeavor to provide notice of the cancellation to participants and will arrange an alternative session for participants to attend. If participants cannot make the alternative session, a full refund will be issued.
Payment
For Sleep Science Guru workshops, we require the full payment before the workshop. For private mothers group sessions we require a full payment upfront (charging for a minimum of 8 participants); however, organisers will be able to add additional participants up to the session date and will be provided with an invoice to do so.
Cancellations, Refund Policy, Transfers to Alternate Workshops
Notifications of cancellations or requests for a Workshop transfer must be made in writing to Sleep Science Guru prior to your anticipated Workshop date. We understand that the unexpected can happen, and we will do our best to find an alternative workshop date for you attend or issue you with a credit that can be used towards any Sleep Science Guru service. Sleep Science Guru does not offer refunds.

Non-attendance
If you are suddenly unable to attend a workshop for any reason, Sleep Science Guru require you to contact us within 7 business days of the missed workshop to arrange a transfer to a more suitable Workshop date.
