This consult will benefit parents who need a comprehensive plan, but are confident in implement the plan without an in home visit. You receive all the sleep coaching over the phone. We will explain to you exactly what you need to do, as well as support you over the week as you implement the plan. This package include’s: Your complete and comprehensive sleep assessment (emailed) Review of your child’s sleep issues Customized sleep plan to reflect your parenting style 1 hour consultation on the phone with your consultant Discussion of all the various sleep training techniques Follow up support via phone or email for 2 weeks.
