Our full night package is the most comprehensive and allows parents who are often completely exhausted, working full time, the opportunity to quickly and efficiently solve their night time sleep problems. You will make immediate improvements, often 1 night is all that is needed with this level of support! Additional nights are available if desired. ​ This package include’s: ·Your complete a comprehensive sleep questionnaire · Comprehensive sleep assessment ·Review of your child’s sleep space ·Customized sleep plan to reflect your parenting style ·In-home sleep consultation and implementation coaching or demonstrating (12 hours) ·Discussion of all the various sleep training techniques fr ·Follow up support via phone or email for 2 weeks
