Service Description

Our half night package is popular with parents who are very overtired, stressed and sometimes overwhelmed and would like one on one coaching when implementing their sleep plan. Our sleep consultants arrive early evening at 6pm and stay until midnight. This package include’s: ·Your complete a comprehensive sleep questionnaire · Comprehensive sleep assessment ·Review of your child’s sleep space ·Customized sleep plan to reflect your parenting style ·In-home sleep consultation and implementation coaching or demonstrating ·Discussion of all the various sleep training techniques ·Follow up support via phone or email for 2 weeks
