This package can be booked between 7am - 5pm. This home consult package is the perfect fit for parents who feel they will benefit from meeting their consultant and gaining one on one demonstrations and sleep coaching. Your consultant can be booked over a nap time and show you exactly how to implement your new plan. ​ This package include’s: Your complete and comprehensive sleep assessment ·Review of your child’s sleep space ·Customized sleep plan to reflect your parenting style ·In-home sleep consultation and implementation coaching or demonstrating (2 hours) ·Discussion of all the various sleep training techniques from cry to gentle sleep training, and the benefits and pitfalls of each type. ·Follow up support via phone or email.
