15 minute sleep assessment
We review your intake history questionnaire and come up with a unique sleep plan which considers all aspects of your child’s day/night.
Everything from sleep environment, temperament, feeding and sleep props are considered.
We recommend evidence based techniques that are based on your description of your child’s temperament and your parenting style.
Includes a custom shedule/routine 
 
Follow up support can be added where needed.
