It will equip you with science and psychology based knowledge to confidently get your little one sleeping!

How does the online lockdown toddler sleep program work?

The way this program will work is that you will first complete a 2 hour live online training session where

you will learn our top tips, tricks and tactics to manage toddler sleep and help your little one develop healthy sleep habits!

This will take place LIVE Tuesday 2nd February from 8pm - 10pm

*if you miss the live session, you can watch it online in your own time! You have access for 1 month. 

During this online training you will learn about:

-The toddler brain and the science of toddler sleep

-Cot to bed transition

-How to prepare your little one for great quality sleep

-How to create the optimal sleep environment for your toddler

-How to read toddler sleepy cues

- How to deal with bedtime procrastination, difficult behaviour and tantrums

-Settling techniques and tips, including how to teach your toddler to fall asleep independently (this is NOT cry it out)

-How to set up healthy sleep habits

-How to handle night wakes effectively

-How to handle early morning wakes

-Handling nightmares and night terrors

-Separation anxiety

-How to set up a healthy, flexible routine and schedule

-Nap transitions, when and how to drop the nap

-How to handle setbacks (teething, developmental leaps, regressions, travel, illness)

-How to guide your little one to better sleep confidently so they thrive

-Self care for parents

Our background is in Clinical Psychology and Research! All the strategies and tips we give you have successfully helped thousands of parents and their little ones. The strategies are evidence based, which means they are based on research and science! You can also customise the program to suit your little one's temperament, family situation and your parenting style!

The online training program is interactive! This will enable you to ask any questions before implementing the strategies and starting the program! You will have access to the online training for 1 month to watch at your own convenience in case you miss anything or would like to go back. 

After the online training you will be invited to a private Facebook community For 5 days, you will receive access to daily “Facebook Lives” where our experts will personally talk you through any concerns, answer questions and troubleshoot any problems.  After that you will recieve access to “Weekly Facebook Lives” until the end of February. You won’t be alone on this journey to better sleep, you will also have the support of other like minded parents just like you.
